Shipping & Returns
Most items are made to order. Once your order is placed, I'll get right to work, and you can expect for it to ship within 2-3 weeks. If an item is already in stock, it will ship within 3-5 days.
If you need your order sooner, please email me at email@example.com to let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
All orders will ship using USPS or FedEx Ground from New York, New York.
Orders can currently be shipped within the continental United States only. (Sorry international visitors, and those in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories!)
New York orders can be hand-delivered via courier, but there is an additional fee for this service.
If you’re not 100% happy with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know. I’ll do my best to make it right!
Items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt. (Because all items are made to order, I’m not able to issue refunds at the time. Thanks for your understanding!) To get started on your return, please email me at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return, and I'll provide a prepaid return label.
For items to be eligible for return, they must be received in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging. (But please feel free keep your thank you note, that’s especially for you!)
If there are any issues with your order, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt. In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, please email me a detailed photo and keep all of the original packaging. I’ll provide instructions on what to do and begin your replacement ASAP.
