Do the plants come with your planters?

Where is everything made?
Each and every product on my site is handmade in New York by yours truly.
Can you tell me more about the nature of your products?
All products are handmade from start to finish. Because of this, each piece is totally unique, one-of-a-kind, and may vary slightly in color and size. (And that's why I love the nature of clay and glazes. I hope you do, too!)
What are the care instructions?
Planters and home goods are dishwasher safe, although I recommend hand washing the pieces to ensure that they live their best and longest ceramic lives. Jewelry should be kept in a cool, dry place, and should not be exposed to water, lotions, or oils.
Are your ceramics food safe?
Yes, I use food safe glaze on all of my pieces. I don't recommend eating off of anything that is unglazed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items are made to order. Once your order is placed, I'll get right to work, and you can expect for it to ship within 2-3 weeks. If an item is already in stock, it will ship within 3-5 days.
If you need your order sooner, please email me to let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
What shipping / delivery options are available to me if I live in Manhattan / Brooklyn?
I'm happy to arrange a free pick up or to arrange a delivery for an additional fee. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Can I request a custom / special order?
Yes, of course!
I can customize glazes and finishes on ceramic goods. If you are sensitive to metals, I can use sterling silver chains and earring backings instead of 14K rose gold-filled.
Please note that this may add up to 1-2 weeks to your order lead time.
Can I place a wholesale order?

I can also create custom orders for events, offices, weddings—you name it.
What if I don't live in the US?
So sorry that I'm not able to ship internationally at this time. But I'm so glad you found me and hope to keep in touch. I'll let you know as soon as this option is available!
