Terms of Service
Product Photos: All efforts have been made to accurately photograph the finishes and colors of products. Slight variances can sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual product. Please keep in mind that everything is handmade and glazes/ colors may vary.
Shipping: All shipments will be made via USPS or FedEx Ground. All shipments are shipped from our studio in New York, New York. We are unable to fulfill international orders at this time. Orders can be delivered by courier within New York or shipped via expedited service, however there is an additional fee.
Return Policy: If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving it for store credit or an exchange. (Because items are made to order, refunds will not be honored.) Please contact us to get the return process started.
Lead Times: All lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become backordered or delayed. Lead times are calculated from the date of payment. If products are in stock they will ship within 3-5 days.
Custom Orders: All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable once order is placed.
Collaborations: We love to work with other designers, artists, and makers. If you have an idea that you want to share with us, please feel free to get in touch.
Payment Terms for Wholesale Orders: 50% deposit due at time of order, remaining balance due before shipping.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Most of our products are hand made immediately after orders are placed.
Damaged Goods: We carefully package and check each order before it ships out. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. All damage claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Replacement products will be sent out as soon as possible.
Care and Maintenance: All ceramics products are food and dishwasher safe. Do not microwave as they will become extremely hot.
